Beenie Man - Under Curfew

I still can't believe Beenie Man and Bounty are still in the game. Anyway... off of the Roof Top Riddim, this tune reminds me of "Domestic Affair" by Vybz Kartel and Sheba tunes, where they are going back and forth. The riddim is nice and Beenie comes through with a decent tune...

Pop: Smokey ft. Flo-Rida - What Them Girls Like

Hot Pop/Hip-Hop song. This is the first I am hearing about Smokey, but this song is very Miami. It starts off a little lowkey, but the beat drops, it picks up. Like the previous post, this song has been addictive. We'll see if it blows up across the nation. DJs...give it a try

Hip-Hop: Roscoe Dash ft Soulja Boy - All the Way Turnt Up

This is not a new song, but it is now my jam for the week. I am never the one to give props to Soulja Boy, but this tune is hype...simple. Its been on the radio in some markets, but I am sure it will be country-wide in a couple weeks. DJs...this is a must.

Busy Signal - Bakka Di House

Off the new Karma Sutra Riddim, this tune is tuff. Busy rides the beat well with his DJing. This is the radio version, so you can imagine how explicit the raw version will be. The riddim itself is hype. There is also a good Munga tune on it "Don't Stop Wine". Hopefully some more good tunes will come from it.

Throwback... Haunted Riddim Mix (Dolly House, Many Many) - Exclusive

This is also one of my favorite riddims from the 90s. From tunes like "Worthless Bwoy" to "Many Many" to the Wayne Wonder songs, almost all tunes in this riddim were classic.

Blak Ryno - I Wanna Be So Rich

Everytime I hear this riddim, I like it more. It is called the Unknown Number Riddim and it is simple, but has a nice vibe to it. This Rhyno tune might not the most popular song on it, but its one of my favorites. Another big tune on this riddim is "Domestic Affair II" with Vybz and Sheba.

Munga ft. Hilltop - Fraid A We

Off the Thunder Ball Riddim, this tune is another "bad man" tune, but I can see it getting people hype in the club. The riddim is hype. It has a military feel to it, so you can see how the gun tunes match well with it. As usual, its explicit, just a warning.

Hip-Hop: Snoop Dogg ft. Jay-Z - I Wanna Rock (Remix)

I feel like the original version of this song didn't get as big as it should. With the addition of Jay-Z, it might actually gain some traction on the East Coast. Great beat, and both Snoop and Jay ride it well.

Pop: Timbaland ft. Justin Timberlake - Carry Out

First thing...Timbaland is arguably the best producer ever. His new album "Shock Value II" has atleast 7 singles on it, all in different genres. I don't know how he plans to release them, but I would start with this song in America.

I think he released "The Morning After" in the UK a while back, but I have a feeling "Carry Out" will be flooding the radio waves soon. Either way, if you want to hear what will be coming out on the radio in the future, buy this album! Ranging from Drake to The Fray to Miley Cyrus, almost all the songs are fire.

Hip Hop: Young Money ft. Omarion - Girl You Know (Bed Rock)...

So this song has been out for months, but this is the original version, not the one on the radio (Bed Rock ft Lloyd). I like this more, maybe because I was exposed to it first. Either way, both version are good, you can choose your favorite.

Hip-Hop: Red Cafe ft. Fabolous - I'm Ill

This beat is ridiculous, point blank. The chorus is repetitive, but the beat makes up for it. Ofcourse, Fab is on point, as always. Will this make it to radio, don't know. Red Cafe has not really been on the radio, so we will see. (warning: couldn't find the clean version, so this is explicit)

Hip-Hop: Baby ft. Drake & Lil Wayne - 4 My Town (Play Ball)

Another hot song from Cash Money. Ofcourse Drake is on the chorus, as Wayne has expressed "We gon be alright if we put Drake on every hook" in "Money to Blow".
